Most convenient location to all things Miami. Building is gorgeous. The interior design, furnitures, and fixtures are absolutely picturesque. Rooms are clean and we couldn’t be any happier here! My son loves the rooftop pool and game area. I have seen reviews about the staff - please give them some grace it is an overall newer hotel in a very developing area so there are some things to wrinkle out. We will definitely book again.
The place itself was amazing! We booked through Airbnb and didn’t have a problem at all. Amenities and pool were great. However, the front desk people were extremely rude. When we went there to check in, they were automatically disrespectful and nasty. The security staff and receptionist didn’t know what they were doing and pulled the wrong bookings. They were convinced we didn’t pre-register and my name was Haley (it’s not). They told us our booking only had one person on it and only for Haley. We had 4 people that all sent confirmations to Airbnb host already. Already a bad experience and we were excited to get away from them asap. We went to the elevator to go upstairs and we didn’t have our fob yet bc the host put it in the room. You need a fob to access the elevator or security staff has to allow it through their end. We went back to the desk after the elevators didn’t open and we couldn’t get upstairs. Instead of allow access on their end, they were screaming at us “CLICK THE BUTTON”. I’m sorry but i think I know how to work an elevator… we did CLICK the button 20 times before asking for help. They were screaming at us like we’ve never used an elevator before and they quickly realized they needed to give us the access. Also, this immediately happened to the couple right after us too! And they were also extremely rude to them. I thought this was a one time experience and they were having a bad day but I can see multiple reviews about the same security and receptionist girl that were horrible to other guests. The building and rooms itself were amazing but they need to work on their greeting staff bc omg.. they ruin the experience and atmosphere.
Beautiful apartments with great amenities in a very convenient location. However, I would avoid booking through Airbnb based on our experience. About half of the apartments are managed directly by the building, while the other half are managed by private owners. We originally booked through Airbnb and arrived to find the apartment door unlocked. Inside, there were shaved hairs in the sink, stained bed sheets with red marks, black residue on surfaces, and greasy counters and tables. The apartment also smelled strongly of garlic, and the wrinkled sheets looked as though someone had recently slept in the bed. After reporting the issue, we booked directly through the building instead. The replacement apartment was completely different—clean, fresh-smelling, and equipped with clean linens. The contrast was significant. Unfortunately, Airbnb refused to provide a refund despite the condition of the original unit. Based on our experience, I would recommend booking directly through the building rather than through Airbnb.
Loved the property and the stay! Customer services was a 10/10. Joel at the front desk checked us in he was extremely friendly and very informative. I really loved the amenity they had to offer. This was the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen, pool was amazing it was really fun that they had a movie theater, private work space, and game room with a billiards table. If you are staying in Miami for a few nights it’s great because the room had a full fridge, cooking range, and dishwasher. Location was great just next to the Miami world center. Walking distance to the metro mover which is a great way to see the city.
