Our entire stay at the hotel was exceptional, starting with the check-in, which Marcus kindly arranged for us to do early. The room was very comfortable, spacious, quiet at night, and clean, with a view of Ocean Drive. Plus, the air conditioning is incredibly powerful—I’d recommend bringing warm pajamas! 😅 The food at the restaurants is delicious! The pools are great, and the rooftop pool is absolutely wonderful—what a spectacular view! We visited to celebrate our birthdays—my husband's and mine—and it was the perfect choice! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
This location was an incredible experience. This is the first time me and my daughter visited Miami and we were welcomed with incredible hospitality, as if we were part of the family! In front Of the hotel, where great restaurants and beautiful amenities. Take advantage of the different pools, including a rooftop pool! It really felt like an exotic experience!
Honestly I cannot believe how many 5 star reviews this place has, and then I learned that they give you free drink tickets if you give them a 5 star review while you’re here 😂😭 The location of this place is good and the staff is friendly, but outside of those factors, it is not a good hotel. The biggest ongoing issue was the WiFi- I tried all the things they suggested like connecting to secondary networks, moving rooms, etc etc but no matter what I couldn’t stay online for longer than 10 minutes at a time. It was SO frustrating that the most basic amenity was so unreliable. I ended up using my hotspot data for my most important meetings and cancelling the rest of my work things for the Monday I was here. If you plan to do any work or online activity, do NOT stay here. It also affected just general life like using my phone or streaming anything on the tv- everything was so slow and inconsistent. And then the rest of the stay didn’t do anything to make up for it. The room was fine and clean, but the AC was weak and even with it cranked it never really blew cold air or cooled the room down. The pools are small but fine, the food/drinks are good but pricey (usual for ocean drive so no hard feelings on that). Overall, I would def recommend picking a different hotel on ocean drive, especially if you’re staying for more than a night or need to do things like work at all. I was ready to go home before the long weekend was even over, which was such a bummer for the cost of a Miami trip and all the travel effort.
My husband and I had an amazing stay at Park Central Hotel in Miami for his birthday. From the moment we arrived, Abril at the front desk made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She was very approachable, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our room was excellent, very clean, and comfortable. The pools were also spotless, and the view from the 5th floor pool was absolutely breathtaking. A special thank you to Mahsum, our food server, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was so delicious that we refused to eat anywhere else during our trip! Every meal was enjoyable because of both the quality of the food and Mahsum’s outstanding service. My husband truly enjoyed every moment of his birthday stay, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Miami!
