Some hotels are nice because of the property. Others stand out because of the people. This one had both. The hotel was spotless, well maintained, and in a great location. But what I'll remember most is the staff. Igiann at the front desk was warm, bubbly, genuinely welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She is a true asset to the hotel. I also appreciated the manager's kindness and professionalism, who took the time to meet with me during my stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time I'm in South Beach, Miami.
We had a wonderful stay at Kenmore Village Hotel Miami Beach, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ivan. We ran into a personal emergency during our trip, and Ivan went completely above and beyond to help us — staying calm, taking charge, and making sure we were taken care of when we needed it most. It’s rare to come across that level of genuine care and attentiveness, and it turned a stressful moment into something we’ll actually remember fondly. The hotel itself was great, but Ivan is the reason we’d come back. If you’re staying here, hope you get to meet him too.
We had an amazing stay at Miami hotel! The location was excellent and made everything super convenient for our family trip. We came with our family and had such a great time enjoying the pool and the bar — both had a really fun and relaxing vibe.
