Hotel was clean & comfortable. Free shuttle to/ from airport. Fee for shuttle to Port of Miami. Outdoor pool was very nice, plenty of lawn chairs. We Needed a couple more towels & cups in our room, took awhile to receive. Area around hotel was trashed. Couple drug stores & fast foods, busy intersection to cross if walking.
There is a deliberate effort to make this hotel exceptional . Recently renovated rooms, with spacious offering and amenities to meet the needs of all. Spent three nights and four days with comfort, class and awesome service. The location is perfect from airport, free airport shuttle that has improved where efficiency is concerned and front desk led by their Manager Miss Jennifer and Supervisor Giovanni who stand ready to assist, provide guidance and excellent customer care. The personal touch with free toiletries, water and tea add to the joy of our stay. Keep up the good work .
During our four-day stay in Miami, our family experienced exceptional hospitality at this hotel. The impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were evident throughout our visit. The service provided by the front desk and breakfast bar staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, and the inclusion of a kitchen was a welcome addition. The pool area was well-maintained, featuring lounge chairs and a warm jacuzzi. The hotel’s convenient location near the airport and city center further enhanced our experience. We eagerly anticipate returning to this hotel and expressing our sincere gratitude to the dedicated staff for their exceptional service.
We stayed at this Hilton location for one night before our MSC cruise and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle, which made our arrival very convenient. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and pleasant throughout our stay. The property itself was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Even the bathroom had a modern, upscale feel. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. My son especially enjoyed the pool, which was one of the highlights of our stay. We also had breakfast at the hotel and were impressed with both the quality of the food and the spacious dining area, which offered plenty of seating. Another feature we appreciated was the shuttle service to the cruise terminal. At $14 per person, it was a convenient and hassle-free option for getting to the port. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay before a cruise.
We had to travel a night early due to weather and stayed at this fantastic hotel. The room was exceptional - clean, well supplied, and so comfortable. We couldn't give enough compliments to the staff. Everyone was very professional. Jose Mendoza and Domenica were great!
