Upside is an absolute vibe. We live in edgewater so we frequently hit the Wynwood area, and it’s been missing a solid cocktail spot that also turns into a fun place to stay out and dance late. Upside is exactly that. The food is fire, servers and bartenders are so great, and the place just brings what the neighborhoods been missing. Also love that they have sports on so we can still catch the games going on while we’re out somewhere that’s actually fun. Highly recommend
This place is new but seems like it has potential to be a really nice laid back place. My friend and I were a couple doors down and stopped in on our way back to our car. My friend had seen it a couple weeks ago and was curious. The building is gorgeous, the staff is welcoming, and the decor is beautiful. The menu is good and the drink section is also pretty good. I forgot what it was I tried, but it was made very well. I think it was called picky poison? If you’re into sports, they have a decent amount of screens and two full-size bar or so you’re able to get a drink either inside or outside on the patio. I already shared the venue with friends and my friend and I plan to come back when we can try the food and experience more than the vibe later on in the evening. Oh, and the street they’re on is really cute. It’s a different feel Wynwood, I like it a lot.
What a vibe! A mash up of an upscale sports bar and fun night out. Staff was friendly and eager to serve. Food was yummy (recommend the fish dip) and our “main character energy” mezcal cocktails were top notch. Already looking for an excuse to go back.
Such a beautiful spot!! Delicious food and drinks, a great atmosphere, and an amazing vibe! The staff was friendly and attentive, especially our girl, Ivy!! She’s super knowledgeable and is just really good at what she does! The music added to the overall experience too. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend checking this place out!!!
Where to start, the location in and on itself is amazing. From the moment you walk up to the location you see the attention to detail. The staff is taking care of you from the moment they open the door. The first bar area is stunning. The walls the lighting even the bar stools all just beautiful put together. I really enjoyed the music and bar area towards the back of the location. It has such an upscale atmosphere and vibe. I ordered an avocado salad with chicken, seriously never tasted such a tender chicken with amazing dressing on the salad. 100% recommended. The staff was constantly making sure all was well and the best part is they are all so friendly and all had a warm smile. I honestly loved what they have done with all the design and lighting. I am sure this will be my go to place from now on. Great place for an upscale vibe and relaxing atmosphere.
