Staff is friendly and amazing. Fantastic lymphatic massage love the amenities. Feels like your own private at home wellness center because they don’t crowd the space with a lot of people! Can’t wait to come back.
Great place to do cold plunges, infrared sauna, and compression boots. The tubs are of premium quality, you can adjust the temperature as you see fit, the lowest I set was 37°F (2.8 °C). Having three tubs, you can do series at different temperatures in different tubs. You have towels and timers at your disposal too. The place has very good amenities like clean bathrooms, showers, sofas, etc. The staff is friendly and approachable. Ideally for couples, as the place is small and private.
I had such a great experience at The Ice Room! I did a leg compression session and Alex was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She took the time to explain all the facilities and how everything works, which made the experience even better. I truly loved everything about my visit — the atmosphere, the service, and especially the care Alex provided. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! ✨
This place is essential for anyone that does a lot of running or high intensity exercises. The staff here is really kind, specifically Alexandra helped my wife and I and answered all our questions. From the vitamin shower, to the cold plunge, red light sauna, and normatec leg sleeves, everything was exactly what my body needs to recover. Can’t wait to come back!!
