Marais delivered one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Miami. I booked the reflexology plus back and scalp massage, and every part of it was intentional. The reflexology alone was worth the visit, she clearly knows the pressure points and works them with real precision instead of just rubbing feet and calling it a day. By the time she got to my back and scalp I was somewhere else entirely. Perfect pressure throughout, calm presence, zero rushing even at the end. I walked out feeling like I’d slept for ten hours. If you’re at the EPIC, ask for Marais by name. Five stars, easily.
Erika and Maria did a phenomenal job on our massages! I had a knot in my neck that has been causing me pain for quite some time, and Erika was able to relieve the tension with her magic hands. Both ladies were professional, welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience relaxing from start to finish. Their attention to detail and care truly stood out. I left feeling refreshed, relieved, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!
Huge shoutout to the team for an amazing session today. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous at first, but Erica was a total pro and made the whole massage experience incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Amelia at the front desk was super welcoming and convinced us to add the facial and scalp massage so glad she did. Myra was also incredible with the facial; the whole vibe was just pure relaxation from start to finish. Already looking forward to the next one. 🧖♂️💆♂️
I had such an amazing experience thanks to Myra, Erica, and Amelia! From the moment we walked in, Amelia at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She suggested the couples massage along with a facial and scalp massage, and I’m so glad we took her recommendation, it made the whole experience even more special. Myra gave me my facial and scalp massage, and she was absolutely incredible. I felt so relaxed, refreshed, and cared for the entire time. She truly knows what she’s doing. Erica took care of my husband’s massage, and even though he was a little nervous at first, she made him feel completely comfortable. By the end, he couldn’t stop talking about how amazing he felt! Everything from start to finish was perfect. Thank you all for such a beautiful and relaxing experience, we will definitely be back!
