I had a great time at Pause. The service was wonderful. Cristina and Stephania were so sweet. They gave us a tour. The place was clean and welcoming. We did the sauna, LED light therapy, and the leg compression. I feel great. I was coming down with something and it nipped it in the bud. 10/10 recommend.
A new wellness spot has opened in Coral Gables, offering a variety of services. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff available to assist you throughout your session. I am not an IV drip person, but they are willing to accommodate something else. It was really lovely!
Lovely experience. The space is beautiful and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. I did a one hour sauna treatment and it was perfect. The rooms have all the amenities you need to be comfortable (shower etc). Everything felt extremely clean too. Will definitely go again.
Had the absolute best experience at Pause. I had been meaning to visit since it opened and finally came to try out the contrast therapy and get a vitamin shot. Anastasia was amazing, so knowledgeable and thorough. The ambience is immaculate and they have so many great offerings. Julio who did my shot was great as well. Highly recommend and I cannot wait to make my way back.
visited Pause in Coral Gables for the first time with my partner, three close friends/family and the experience was incredible. The amenities are top-tier, and the sauna and ice plunge were absolutely amazing. We were given a full tour by one of the staff members (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name), and she was so patient, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Her service truly stood out and made our first visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back.
