Love working on my diastatis with Ashley. I am glad we crossed path and she helped me a lot getting back to shape and liking my body again. Work in progress!
I worked with Ashley for a few weeks before returning to work, and I’m so grateful for the progress we made in such a short time. As someone navigating postpartum recovery after a C‑section, I really needed guidance on restoring my core and correcting the posture issues that developed during pregnancy and afterward. Ashley started with an incredibly thorough assessment (which we were able to do over Zoom), and she came back with a detailed, easy‑to‑follow review and a clear plan for how to approach each area that needed attention. Every session felt personalized and purposeful. By the time we wrapped up, I felt stronger, more aligned, and most importantly equipped with exercises I could continue on my own. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and truly understands the unique needs of women during pregnancy and postpartum. Thank you Ashley ❤️
Ashley is fantastic and has helped me not only get my body back after 3 babies, but feel so much stronger and more confident as a result of working with her. I stumbled upon her business when a friend was discussing surgery for diastis recti and I'm so glad I didn't go down that road. Not only is my DR much improved, but I feel healthier and I'm confident the new strength, better posture and body awareness I've gained from working with her will benefit me greatly in all aspects of life. I jokingly refer to Ashley as a magician because she can pick up on even the most minute details and corrections, even over zoom. But the truth is she has incredible knowledge of how the body works and how it should be moving, a keenly sharp mind, and the experience to put to both to good use. Beyond that, Ashley is just a nice person to be around. I look forward to our regular workouts, even if I'm sometimes sore for days afterwards. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will be glad they did so!
