Never before have staff at a hotel gone so above and beyond to help us! We missed our connection due to mechanical issues and as as Marriott Bonvoy loyalty members we booked a room for the night when we landed in Miami. It was late and we called the desk at the hotel to see if they could send the shuttle. Even though it was the end of his shift Javier came back to get us. Upon check in my husband realized he had left a bag on the plane that contained his wallet and keys. Erika at the front desk quickly told us we should fill out the form online with American Airlines. Great advice I would not have known to do! While Erika helped me to submit a lost and found form online, Javier drove my husband back to the airport to see if he could get his bag. Of course that late at night all the agents were gone. Javier then waited and brought my husband back to the hotel again. I am so thankful for this crew! Although we only were able to get 4 hours sleep before we had to return to the airport to lost and found in the early am, we appreciated our room. The bed was very comfortable and the ac was cold. Thank you Erika and Javier. You are so kind and it would have been even more stressful without you.
Stayed at this location recently for a quick overnight in MIA. I had a great experience. Our flight was getting in late and had called to let them know about the late check-in. When we arrived the front desk attendant was waiting for us and the process to check-in was quick. The property is well-maintained an in a great location. I experienced no problems during my stay. The shuttle ride to the airport the next morning was about 10 minutes. I plan on staying at this location for future overnights in MIA.
We spent 5 hours in this hotel before boarding our cruise. It was 4 minutes from the airport and we saw it had decent reviews despite some people saying the area was dangerous. It was fine. Don't get me wrong, I was a little concerned but after a long delay on our flight, it didn't matter. Another concern was the room being cancelled since we could check in at 4:00pm. We arrived at 2:00am and there was staff at the front desk. Our advice, call and speak to some one if you flight will come in late. Let them know and they will expect you. The front desk clerk checked us in quickly offered us water and we were in our room. 10 minutes later we were asleep. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, and breakfast was really good. They had a variety for breakfast items and fruits. 26 minutes from the Port of Miami. We left happy and if we cruise out of Miami again we will stay here.
Titanium Member. Of course just one night as we were flying out. Super close to the airport, shuttle every half hour. I have to give a shout out to Tanya at the front desk. I needed a package delivered and she was more than accommodating. Called the minute it arrived. So friendly and smiling 🙂. She's is an asset to Marriott hotels!
Had a 7 day stay at this lovely hotel. Big up to Erica and Genesis at the front desk were very helpful at all times. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room is spacious and clean. The amenities were well kept. The location is 5mins from the airport and 15 mins drive from Attractions. We had a 5 mins walk from a shopping plaza. We 10/10 recommend. Room cleaning is three times a week which is why they got 4 stars. But you can get towels daily .
