We had an amazing experience with our reservation at the Savoy! We booked the beach cabana package on a weekday, and it was such a great value. If you’re looking for the best deal, I definitely recommend visiting during the week.☀️ What really made our day special was the outstanding service from Jonathan and Joaquin. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and constantly checked on us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable. The food and drink menu had plenty of great options, and everything we ordered was delicious. We also loved that the property has two beautiful pools, giving us different places to relax and enjoy the day.🌊 One of our favorite things about the hotel was its unique design. The Art Deco architecture has been beautifully preserved, giving the property so much character and charm. It has a timeless, vintage Miami feel that’s perfect for taking photos, and we really appreciated how they’ve maintained the original essence of the hotel. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!🌴
We stayed at the hotel only one night because of a mistake on our planning and we messed up on our departure date but since our flight back home was in the evening, but Marco and employee at the Savoy was so kind and attentive. Marco was out of this world amazing! We were able to hang out at the pool before we had to go to the airport. He made sure our bags were safe, had a great waiter provide us excellent service, even offered to take us to the airport after his shift. He went above and beyond to ensure we were having a great time. Offered us some great ideas for restaurants nearby. He was just so magnetic and caring that I felt I needed to express genuine gratitude for his hospitality. We plan on staying at The Savoy for our whole trip on our next visit. The pool and location of hotel was everything we wanted and more. Cheers!!!
I spent the day at The Savoy with a Resort Pass and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a prime location and easy to find. The hotel is beautifully decorated and we were greeted since the moment we walked in. The entire time we were there, the servers and other staff members were extremely attentive and friendly. The food was great and came out quickly. Enzo, our pool attendant, was especially great. I would 100% book another Resort Pass at The Savoy.
By far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had an exceptional stay. Every detail, from the rooms to the poolside service and even the beach experience, reflected a genuine commitment to customer care and hospitality. A special thank you to Nicholas and Johnathan, who were truly outstanding. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay even more memorable. They provided a level of service that exceeded expectations and delivered a true five-star experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting South Beach and look forward to returning in the future.
Jonathan was amazing. Josefina fabulous. Five star service. Beverage service was amazing. Frozen drinks were amazing the beach was fabulous the whole experience was great. Very attentive wait staff who was available whenever needed and went above and beyond to address all our needs. They came up to us multiple times to ensure all our needs were met. The beach and beach chair and bar service is the best deal in town!
