Our stay at the metropolitan was pretty good. One great thing about this place was the beautiful courtyard with lots of greenery and a pool for guests to enjoy everyday. The best part of our experience was meeting the front desk host Samantha. She was so kind and attentive to us throughout our stay, even giving us rain ponchos when she knew we would be out in the rain. The place was awesome and made more delightful because of Samantha.
Metropole South Beach Suites truly exceeded our expectations during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. A special shout-out goes to Samantha, who was instrumental in making our experience great. We arrived late at night, exhausted from our travels, and Samantha went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. She was incredibly helpful. She made the entire check-in process seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly. The space was spacious and clean, making our stay very comfortable. The location was also a major plus, situated conveniently close to the beach and local attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Metropole South Beach Suites.
We had such a great stay at Metropole Suites South Beach! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of South Beach but still feels like a little getaway spot. The suite we had was super clean, comfortable and so spacious! Definitely home away from home. The kids were so excited when we walked into our mini suite. But the real highlight was the service—Franco and Angel at the front desk were incredible! We were really early to checkin but they were able to store our luggage while we explored nearby and waited for our room. They were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. They really made our trip even better. Best way to end our week long vacation. Would definitely stay here again! It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Angel, who was exceptionally sweet and kind. Everything was clean and very kid-friendly, and my daughter had an amazing time here. The room was spacious, almost like a one-bedroom apartment, with a huge walk-in closet. I also loved that there was a kitchen with a large fridge, as well as all the necessary dishwashing supplies. The bathroom had large bottles of shower essentials, which was very convenient. Another lovely touch was the complimentary coffee, tea, and honey at the reception—it was such a nice surprise. They also offer a storage room, which is very helpful if your check-in or check-out times don’t align with your schedule. And a special mention for the adorable chocolate gift, sparkling and still water waiting on the bed—such a thoughtful detail that made our stay even more memorable.
We had a good experience at this hotel. The location was great, walking distance to all the fun south beach bars and beach access. We were a group of 6 people, and although the pull out couch was on the smaller side, we made it work and slept comfortably. The front desk staff was always available and prompt to respond to our requests, such as providing toilet paper and fixing the hot water heater. We also had complimentary beach towels and enjoyed watching parrots in the courtyard. Angel was helpful in the checkout process. Overall, a good value and would stay again.
