The moment we stepped into the lobby at 4am we were greeted by the most respectful and well mannered young man by the name of Devonte. He was very friendly and full of information that we needed. Rooms here are amazing and very spacious. Very comfortable beds and super clean. Thank you Devonte for being kind and courteous. Hospitality needs more of you in this business. Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Margaret Smith, Assistant General Manager, for providing exceptional customer service during our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with arranging dinner reservations and coordinating shuttle transportation to the Port of Miami, making our travel plans seamless and stress-free. Margaret was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. Employees like Margaret are a tremendous asset to any organization. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.
It was my first time booking a hotel in Miami, best choose ever! The hotel is very, very well located; it’s a beautiful and peaceful place, and you can find transportation very close by. There’s a Publix about a 3-minute walk away, and it’s also very close to Brickell. My mom and I absolutely loved it. The staff is very warm and kind—everyone from the valet parking attendant, the breakfast staff, front desk, housekeeping team, and the manager. Honestly, I would return to this hotel a thousand times—we loved it. The breakfast is delicious!! The rooms are spacious, have everything you need, and are very clean. Congratulations on the quality and service; I will definitely stay here every time I go to Miami.
