Great experience! The front desk manager was very helpful and kind. I definitely have enjoyed every time I’ve visited the hotel. It feels good having someone there you can count on at the front. David helped to make sure I was well taken care of during my visit and even helped me with planning my trip in the neighborhood too. He’s a professional in providing us great customer service. I stayed at Casa Boutique Hotel during a recent trip to Miami Beach and overall had a pleasant experience. The biggest thing I liked was the location. It’s just a short walk to the beach and close to a lot of restaurants and shops, so it was easy to get around without needing a car. The hotel itself is small and simple, but the room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had a couple of questions about the area. It’s not a big luxury resort, but that’s part of the charm. If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in South Beach without spending too much time in the hotel itself, it worked well for me. I’d consider staying there again on another quick trip.
