My husband and I never miss a chance to dine at CVI.CHE 105 when we are in town. The food is always super fresh and delicious, and the service is consistently great. On our recent visit, our server Mike gave us outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about Peruvian cuisine and culture. It made for a truly pleasurable dining experience. Highly recommend!
Very nice happy hour from 4 to 7. Great cocktails for 10 dollars. Filet mignon for 14$. Nice air conditioning. The atmosphere is outstanding, upscale. Would definitely come again. The bartender always made sure to check on me and make sure I had enough water. Great service, 0 wait. Bravo
When your tour travel agency defaults to cheap burgers, you break away and find real food. My colleague and I bailed on the group plans and ended up at CVI.CHE 105 and it was the best decision of the trip. This place is the absolute top tier for seafood. We did a deep dive into the menu: The Ceviche: Four distinct variations, all anchored by pristine, wild sea bass. Perfectly balanced, sharp, and execution-level flawed. The Raw Scallops & Octopus with Incredible texture, clean flavors, and zero flaws and the Highligh - The Kusshi oysters flown in fresh from Vancouver on the morning flight. Incredibly deep cups, plump, with that signature clean, cucumber-melon finish. To find Pacyfic oysters of this caliber served this fresh in Miami is rare. To top it off, our server Mike was fantastic. If you want elite Nikkei and Peruvian seafood in Miami, skip the tourist traps and come straight here. 10/10.

Really fun atmosphere, well decorated and just a fun place to hang out. Food was delicious. Started out with the ceviche that had salmon, tuna, and scallops had very good flavor. Then had the traditional steak with pesto pasta, and it was delicious. Would definitely come back again. Our server, Sara was efficient, friendly, helpful and really helped Provide a great evening.
