We always rent with MVR for our stays in Coconut Grove. They have amazing units at the Arya that have beautiful views. They are clean and well equipped. It's easy to get service if something is amiss. Highly recommend renting directly with MVR!
Another great stay at Arya through Miami Vacation Rentals. The room was very clean as always. Their staff are always so lovely and helpful, as are all the Arya Hotel staff. Location of hotel is amazing. Walkable to all the shops, restaurants and bars.
Stayed at Arya in Coconut Grove. Unit 1017 was great. Very comfortable for 5 people. Sitting area in living room is limited but balcony table opens up options and it is comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Hotel staff was great. Unit was clean. Bathrooms are nicely appointed with nice smelling toiletries. Communication with Miami Vacation Rentals was smooth. Great stay. Highly recommend.
I had a lovely stay the room was amazing, clean, beautiful view. Truly breath taking. My only issue is that communication with the property wasn’t the best. I had to wait a lot for my messages to get back to me. On the other hand hotel staff is not friendly at all once they know you are staying at the airbnb and not the hotel itself which makes no sense at all. Atleast that was my experience. Other than that everything was really nice.
What a find! The corner layout meant we had jaw-dropping views from both sides — sunrise to sunset was incredible. Everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked. Bathrobes, extra towels, and pillows galore — even the bed felt like a cloud. The shower pressure? Perfect! The kitchen had everything you could ever need, and we were surprised by the bottle of wine, cold waters, and handwritten welcome note waiting for us in the fridge. Such a thoughtful touch! It felt like home, only better — luxurious, comfortable, and peaceful with views that make you never want to leave. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be back next trip!
