My first time staying at a Fairfield hotel. I didn't have any expectations so I was really surprised at the spacious rooms and the decor. Seeing my name on the tv screen of the room I was staying in was a nice personal touch. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The continental breakfast could use some upgrades. I had a pleasant stay and would stay again if I'm passing through Miami. I would recommend
Conveniently located near the airport. Shuttle service is at the arrival levels, call the hotel and they will send one. I think last call is at 10 but it's also an inexpensive Uber ride ($10-15). Front desk was very courteous with check in. Room was musty and could use an upgrade. No safe. Fridge was extremely loud, as well as the AC. The complementary water for gold members is half size...just like pool. Bed, for my taste, was too soft. Breakfast was your standard fare, oatmeal, fruits (banana/ apple), yogurt, breads and cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage and some premade breakfast sandwich (soft and mushy...better off just taking some toast, egg and sausage and make it yourself). For a nights stay before a cruise ..it's bearable but longer than that, I'd skip it ..
Very nice hotel. Needed a room for just a night after a late flight and before an early cruise departure. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I needed wi-fi assistance. And she was very helpful informing me of a cheap shuttle to the cruise port. Room was clean and well kept and breakfast was very good! Will definitely remember this hotel next time I cruise out of Miami!
This is an expected hotel for this brand, and I was pretty happy! It is not, in my opinion, a value at $400 per night, and that doesn't seem to be the ongoing price, so we must have come into town at a very busy time. There were a TON of kids and breakfast was packed. Really did get good service from and appreciated the airport shuttle (free) and the cruise port shuttle ($40 for both of us).
