I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made me feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed me to rest very well. Everything I needed was available, and the overall environment felt safe and relaxing. The location is also very convenient, close to many places and easy to access. On top of that, the service throughout my stay was excellent—staff members were always ready to help with a smile. I truly enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay. I will gladly come back again!
First off for what I paid to stay here, $1024 for 4 nights Monday Thursday, I could have stayed at a substantially nicer hotel. I read other reviews and I don't know where these people stayed but my experience was drastically different from others that left 5 star reviews. Compared to other hotels that I've stayed at that were considerably cheaper, this place is pretty bad. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment, I'm not sure how they can even advertise it as breakfast. Packaged muffins that were not very good, dry oatmeal packets with no way to cook them/nothing to cook them in, granola bars and coffee. I don't drink coffee so I had to drink warm water from my room with the terrible dry muffins. I had a dry, bland 'blueberry' muffin that didn't have a single blueberry in it. My room was supposed to have a queen size bed, it was a twin. The room had a musty odor upon entry, the bathroom being the worst and the floors were sticky in the bathroom and main room. I found a pair of dirty socks under the reclining chair when i moved it away from the wall to recline it. The windows were extremely dirty and did not work. The window that had a screen wouldn't stay open and the one that would stay open didn't have a screen. There was also a super bright spotlight right outside my window so it was like daytime all the time inside the room making it difficult to sleep even with the blackout shades closed. Internet is a joke at a meager 20mb/s but you could pay a lot of extra $$$ for higher speeds. Kitchen did not have pots, pans, utensils or cups, you have to ask for them at the front desk. Outlets are not in convenient locations, three right next to one side of the bed and none on the other side of the bed or room and there is no alarm clock. The only good thing was the gentleman at the front desk was nice. I'm very disappointed with this place, I would expect much better accommodations for what they charge. Definitely would not stay here again.
I've been staying here for two weeks and it's been fantastic. Onsite laundry make the longer stay way easier, location is so close to the heart of Brickell. Quite a pleasant walk in. Javier at the front desk was really accommodating at check in. Staff have all been friendly. Great value.
