Great location. Easy to walk to shops and food. Close to WeWork. Comfortable rooms. King bed was hard with the dips on each side from people who prefer one side of the bed. If they updated their mattresses the hotel would be perfect.
My stay here was fine but I felt I couldn't give it a five star rating because I don't believe it is appropriately marketed as a 4-star hotel. The room itself has been updated and is modern but the rest of the building just feels dark and a bit outdated. Also, neither me and nor my two colleagues who stayed at this hotel were able to get a good night's sleep. Maybe it's the bed, the fact that the AC seemed to struggle to keep up to my 68 degree setting, or that I could here the cars passing by on the street. Also, the certain stick fell off as the result of normal use....which isn't really a big deal but just another thing that makes me thing 4 stars is actually a fairly generous rating.
