Great, peaceful studio space, friendly staff and amazing classical pilates class with Teri! It felt like we were dancing and her cues really help you build body awareness.
Teri is a phenomenal instructor. She teaches the classical method with her own signature twist and it makes classes fun and challenging. She keeps students motivated and engaged and wanting to grow their Pilates practice. I wish I could give a her a million stars.
I just took a Pilates class with Sabrina, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. She was patient, encouraging, and took the time to guide me through each movement. I appreciated how she balanced challenge with support, making me feel capable even as a beginner. I’m already looking forward to my next class!
