In an era where our city is being stripped of its history replaced by glass and steel the CGWC remains just as she was when I used to com by after children’s art classes across the street… decades ago. The main hall is stunning and the atmosphere and architecture are so old Miami. Came here for my good friend July’s dance class - which was fabulous! A small respite in an otherwise automated ai world. Long live the Women’s Clubs every where!
We held our daughter’s December wedding at The Women's Club of Coconut Grove, and it was absolutely perfect for our 100-person celebration. The venue itself is charming and beautiful both inside and out, with a warm, elegant atmosphere that made the entire evening feel special. The venue is conveniently located next to the Mutiny Hotel and Resort which made getting ready for the bridal party and overnight accommodations for guests seamless. Leslie was patient and great to work with throughout the process, and was genuinely invested in making the day run smoothly. Both Leslie and husband Rudy helped to ensure all the details for the day were perfect! Many of our guests raved about the food from Chef Timo starting with appetizers during the cocktail reception to the delicious duo dinner entree served at dinner. We also worked with two of the venue’s preferred vendors who were fantastic. Avant Gardens did an amazing job capturing my daughter’s vision for the florals, and A Productions set the tone for the evening with great music that kept everyone enjoying the celebration. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend The Women's Club of Coconut Grove to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-run wedding venue.
Spectacular in every single detail! Leslie and her staff are a pleasure to work with…straightforward and beyond professional! We had 100 people for the most gorgeous wedding for my kids…Timo the caterer has been feeding us for years at his restaurant and catered affairs, and he never disappoints.
