We stayed here in June for a conference across the street at UM. The location is perfect and made it so accessible. Also central for Coral Gables which is the best! Fernando was incredible in helping with some extra touches to make sure we felt comfortable during our stay. We had a hiccup with our room - but the team was diligent in moving us to another room & making sure we were good to go! Thanks to Kevin and the front of house team really were accommodating and were great at communications and welcoming us like hotel family when we returned throughout our stay!
From the moment we pulled up to THesis Hotel Miami, our whole family felt incredibly cared for by the staff. From those helping with our luggage, to the lead concierge, Fernando, and his whole team, they made sure every minute of our trip was one where our family felt at home. Fernando provided us with excellent family-friendly suggestions during our stay, all of which were a hit. The hotel itself is also a gem. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, and a pool that was perfect for our children to enjoy. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. The location sets you up with an easy driving distance from great neighborhoods in Miami. Our whole family can hardly wait for our next visit!

Each of them was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out.
