My overall experience here was just OK. It’s a nice little cute hotel in a great location in Miami. The pool, beach area, bar, room AC, bed comfort, was all great. The service was also very friendly, along some of the best I’ve had. The hotel has a few issues I would however not expect for a 4-star hotel: 1) On the 8th floor room we stayed in there was an intermittent banging noise all night, every night. My wife had issues sleeping. There are only 9 floors and our room was situated below some structure, I am not sure if was HVAC or something else. 2) View outside has a significant construction zone, and some noise from workers during day. Not the hotels fault, but there nonetheless. 3) We got exactly two towels and one roll of TP(which ran out at midnight, despite room being serviced that morning there was no replacement) in our room. Two packets of instant coffee and no water bottles. Could have been a little less stingy here. 4) TV is a 4k, which is good, but directTV only so no way to connect to streaming. Most 4-star Mariott/Hiltons have this so I do feel this is the standard now. Probably not an issue for all but is for some.
We had a great experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. On our first night, we were placed in a noisy room, which impacted our experience. However, after we requested a change, the team handled it immediately and moved us without any issues, excellent service and very much appreciated. Overall, the facilities, especially the pool area, were excellent and perfect for relaxing. Everything felt well organized, and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. A special thank you to Alberto, Santiago, and Bryan for their kindness and outstanding service, they truly made a difference during our stay. Because of the initial room experience, I rated the rooms lower, but everything else deserved 5 stars. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future!
The Hotel has such a cool vibe. The outside pool/bar/garden area is the perfect place to relax. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Sebastian and other pool staff who met our every need. Loved the frozen flannel! Would stay here again it's beautiful and right on the beach 😍
I had a great stay at the Marseilles! Every staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming, from front desk to coffee shop to the pool and beach! The hotel has great amenities- coffee shop, full restaurant, outside bar, and beach service (including food and drink menu). It was quiet at night but still walkable to restaurants. We had a wonderful time at complimentary happy hour. Pool was big and the perfect temperature. Special thanks to Alberto, Sebastian B. And Santiago S. For their excellent poolside service.
I had a wonderful stay at the Marseilles Hotel in Miami. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was outstanding. Bruno and Devonte were incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming, always greeting guests with a huge smile and making you feel genuinely cared for. Their level of service truly sets the tone for the hotel and reflects extremely well on the management team. I also want to give a special shout-out to Maddy at the bar, who did an excellent job. Friendly, attentive, and professional, she made the experience even better. Overall, a great stay with a staff that clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend.
