I highly recommend Andrea and Danessa, they are extremely professional and knowledgeable in lymphatic massage. I felt so much better after every massage I had. I also love the place and really appreciate everybody who works there.
I had a few post op lymphatic massages with Mariana and they were GREAT! I only wish I could go every week :) The shape spa is near garage parking and the spa itself is clean and quaint.
I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I've had two disappointing experiences. During my first visit, the staff member I interacted with was rude and dismissive. I decided to give the spa another chance a few months later, hoping it was just an off day. For my second appointment, I arrived on time, only to be told I'd have to wait 15 minutes because the previous client had arrived late. After those 15 minutes, I was brought into the treatment room, undressed, and waited another 25–30 minutes before anyone came in. After about 15 minutes of waiting alone on the table, I actually had to get dressed enough to step out and ask if someone had forgotten about me. No one checked in or apologized while I was waiting. My appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes, yet it still ended more than 10 minutes early. I understand that delays happen, but I would have appreciated a call or text letting me know they were running behind, or at the very least receiving the full treatment time I had booked. After I brought up my concerns, they did offer me a complimentary sauna, which I appreciated, but it came only after I said something. What I was really looking for was better communication, consideration, and the full service I had paid for. Unfortunately, after giving the spa a second chance, I left feeling disappointed again.
Had the most amazing experience today at The Shape Spa !! My lymphatic drainage facial and full body massage exceeded my expectations! Reasonably priced and I felt a difference right after .. I wish they had a location near me because I would’ve instantly gotten a membership.. but we will see each other again for sure .. thank you for everything!
Every time I’m in Miami, The Shape SPA is a must. I always book their deep tissue massage, and it never disappoints. The team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely skilled at what they do. They truly know how to bring your body back to life and leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and balanced. Consistently great service, expert therapists, and a relaxing environment. Highly recommended if you’re in Miami and looking for top-quality bodywork.
