Honestly not sure what all the bad reviews are about.. parking is tough, but aside from that was a wonderful experience. Couples massage and micro dermabrasion, it was all great. Not a single complaint. Staff was pleasant, everything was clean and upkept. Great experience
My husband booked us a couples massage through Groupon. After reading some of the reviews, I was honestly pretty skeptical, but by then we had already redeemed the voucher, so we decided to give it a chance. I’m so glad we did! We were pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was. I’m not sure if they’ve hired new staff since those older reviews, but our visit was wonderful from start to finish. The facial was fantastic, and the massage was so relaxing that I actually caught myself drifting off to sleep. If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage to work out knots or address back pain, you’d probably need to book a different service. However, if your goal is to unwind and relax, it’s perfect. The only minor challenges was parking and the language barrier. The staff primarily spoke Spanish, which wasn’t an issue for me, though my husband doesn’t speak Spanish. That said, we’re in Miami, so it’s not unexpected. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Keep in mind the parking lot was theirs, and I inquired about parking, ahead if time, I also inquired about the tables weight capacity, and services prior to me going to the location. I also want to emphasize that they have one masseuse per individual, So if you do arrive slightly early, the technicians might be either cleaning up from their previous service or getting things prepared for your service so keep in mind to exercise a little Patience, I would like to add for you to be vocal with how much pressure you like on your massages. That being said this is my honest review. Exceptional Wellness Experience! From start to finish, my experience at this wellness center was absolutely wonderful. The staff were accommodating, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout our visit. Every detail seemed thoughtfully planned with our comfort in mind. As a plus-size person, I especially appreciated how comfortable everything was, the tables were spacious, the temperature was perfectly cool, and they even provided cozy comforters and soft sheets to ensure we never felt cold. Our services included facials, gentle exfoliation, and hot stone massages. My masseuse was incredibly gentle and attentive, which I truly appreciated since I tend to be more tender. My sister’s masseuse, on the other hand, had a firmer touch, exactly how she likes it, showing how well the staff adjusted to each person’s individual needs and preferences, as long as that was communicated. Overall, this was one of the most relaxing and personalized spa experiences I’ve ever had. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and eager to return. Highly recommend! The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect five stars was because the robes did not fit my person, and to be honest, I was thinking about taking my own. but again I wanted to have a blank slate experience as a plus size person.
