He takes the time to break everything down, explain your labs, and make sure your protocol is actually tailored to you not some cookie-cutter plan. You feel confident you’re in the right hands. Also have to give a shoutout to Aubrey she’s been amazing with communication. Super responsive, organized, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly.
