Healing Hands was exactly what we were hoping for. After a week long cruise, we stayed in Miami to wind down before heading back to reality and the couples massage was undoubtedly one of the best choices we made. Lucy and Alec did an incredible job helping us relax and were very professional. Highly recommend both of them!
I recently moved to Miami and have been looking for a new place to get a massage since I usually get one every month. I was excited to take advantage of Miami Spa Month at Healing Hands because of all the positive reviews. The spa itself was clean, and everyone I interacted with was polite. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice, from 6:00 to 6:15 and then again to 6:30. While I was understanding, it wasn’t a great start. I paid $153 for a 75-minute massage that was advertised to include deep tissue work, hot stones, three aromatherapy blends, therapeutic stretching, an ice globe facial treatment, and a relaxing scalp and foot massage. Instead, I received about 60 minutes of someone rubbing large amounts of oil across my back. There was very little technique, no real attention to the areas I requested, and none of the relaxing flow or pressure I expect from a professional massage. It was actually uncomfortable at times, and I found myself just waiting for it to end. I don’t know if this was due to a lack of experience or a lack of care, but the service I received did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. It felt like money wasted. Based on my experience, I’d recommend spending a little more elsewhere if you’re looking for a quality massage.
Healing Hands is wonderful hidden gem you MUST try. It was my first time there and it will for sure NOT be my last. The entire staff is so welcoming and pleasant. I had a massage with Jorge who did an outstanding job. He 1000% addressed any areas of pain and I walked away feeling amazing! Also the pricing is good and very transparent. They have membership options, as well.

Everything was spotless, calming, and designed to help you completely unwind. My relaxation massage with Pamela was absolutely exceptional. She is incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure the pressure was perfect throughout the entire session. I left feeling completely refreshed, stress-free, and better than I have in a long time. Her professionalism and caring approach truly made the experience unforgettable. Was visiting Miami from Atlanta and decided to come here for a 60 minute body deep tissue massage. Alec was my masseuse and he was wonderful. He focused on my problem area where my feet and legs swell and my lower back due to working from home and being sedentary. I love the aromatherapy and hot stones. The fruit water is delicious. The vibe and ambiance is relaxing and healing. Would definitely visit again the next time I’m in Miami.
