Initially had a good experience here for EMS treatment. I signed up for a monthly plan that would be a good deal for anyone going more often. However, I was not taking full advantage so I decided to cancel in January. I did so, and received a confirmation, but they kept charging my card for 4 months after. When I noticed I let them know via text, they did not respond. I went in person, and the lady at the front desk was nice, understood and immediately sent an email to management. I followed up, and 2 months later, still no response and no refund. I disputed with my bank and resolved it, but was left with a sour taste from this experience and management's lack of responsiveness and resolution.
I did the colonic! Everything was great it was a very good experience. I'm doing it again soon. Lillian was very informative and professional. Sophie was very attentive and helpful. Everyone needs a colon hydrotherapy!!! The amount of stuff that came put was so worth it to do.
