From the moment we arrived, the service at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail felt intentional — from the stunning ambiance and luxurious rooms to the warm, attentive staff who made us feel truly welcomed. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect mix of elegance and relaxation. The hospitality here is unmatched. Whether it was the incredible dining experience, the gorgeous pool area, or the overall attention to detail, everything exceeded expectations. You can truly feel the luxury and care throughout the entire stay. If you’re looking for a five-star experience in Miami, this is it. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — already planning my next stay back. Highly recommend!
This is an older hotel however very elegantly updated in a beautiful location with walking distance to coco walk and many parks. Great hotel for families with small children. We have stayed here many times with our twin toddlers. The staff and service are why we stay here. We recently stayed there and had a small issue with service but were thrilled to be helped by the most kind and incredible staff member who completely fixed and turned our stay around. Her name is Christina Strong, and she is a huge asset to the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove Hotel. We hope she is commended for her stellar customer service and going above and beyond our expectations. She is the reason we will be back to this hotel in the near future. There are many many hotels in the Miami area but the service and kindness at this hotel are why we continue to come back. Highly recommend.
The Ritz-Carlton is beautiful here and it is in a beautiful neighborhood. But as a titanium member they weren't very accommodating until along. Came this wonderful ambassador Marjorie. She made us feel like a million dollars and she hooked us up. So as a titanium member we felt very special thanks to her. Also the girls that work in allure. I think that's the name of the restaurant. We're so delightful. Some people park for $60 valet. My husband and I parked on the street and it was only 3.75 that you pay four times and you could do it from your room.
We stayed for an entire week, and from the moment we arrived, the team made our family feel genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to Nicholas “Nick” Diaz, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out throughout our stay. The entire staff was exceptional, but Nick had a way of making the experience feel especially personal and memorable. What made this stay so meaningful was not simply the level of service, but the intentional thoughtfulness behind every interaction. Our daughter was welcomed with a lion stuffed animal that she immediately adored. My wife was thoughtfully surprised with fresh coconut juice prepared just for her, enjoyed a wonderful spa experience, and we spent a few relaxing afternoons together by the pool as a family. The room service experience itself was excellent from a hospitality standpoint, with attentive and gracious service throughout the week, though the food quality could certainly be improved. The room also showed some signs of age, including several noticeable dark scratches on the flooring that could benefit from refurbishment. That said, in luxury hospitality, beautiful properties alone are never enough. What truly separates exceptional hotels is how they make guests feel. The team at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove delivered warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care in a way that created lasting memories for our family, and that is what we will remember most.
