Location is great. The rooms and pool area are disgusting! So dirty I didnt even want to sit out by the pool area. Fingerprints on doors, walls, refrigerator, mirrors. Front desk were not very welcoming at all. I have stayed at the other sentral in Miami and it was so much cleaner and the staff were so great. I do not recommend this hotel
The host was absolutely amazing very responsive, attentive, and checked on us upon arrival to make sure everything was perfect. The customer service and hospitality were truly 10/10. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. The front desk staff especially Ignacio, was super helpful, polite, and welcoming, which made a great first impression.
