Stopped by for a couple of hours, and my first impression was great! Beautiful hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove with fantastic views and a lovely atmosphere. A special shoutout to Arnoldo and Ronnie from valet -they were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Their excellent service really stood out and made the visit even more enjoyable.
Ive stayed here several times and as a Miami local who moved away, I always come back. The size and rooms are great, the decor and comfort are also great. I wanted to acknowledge how the service has been spectacular during our stay this trip. Bellini last night was spot on and Danny Rodriguez at breakfast really stood out for his care and attention to detail. Congrats on an amazing team! We will be back.
I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Miami over the years, and Mr. C Coconut Grove is now at the top of my list, and it’s not even close. The vibe was different. The bellman was at my car before I even opened the door. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk team had genuine warmth, not the scripted “welcome valued guest” kind, but actually personable and helpful. The room was beautiful. Beautiful views of Biscayne Bay. Bellini on the rooftop is a must. We had dinner there on our first night and brunch before checkout, and both were excellent. The views of the bay at sunset are unreal, and the service at the restaurant matched the rest of the property: attentive without hovering.
Amazing experience at Mr. C! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The entire staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Sadeem, who went above and beyond with her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She truly made our visit memorable. The Mr. C Coconut Grove is an amazing hotel. It gets so many details right. Right after checking in, I had a delicious bellini in my hand. The staff is very friendly and take good care of their guests, they are very attentive. Not to mention that the interior of the hotel rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are so nice, the restaurants are also amazing and so sunny and bright. The heated pool was one of the best pools I've ever swam in. We spent so many hours just at the pool. I can't wait to stay here again and will be thinking about it until I do.
