The customer service here is amazing, Allan has top notch customer service, goes above and beyond and helped me with all my questions and check in was a super breeze took the matter of just a few minutes. Super helpful letting me know everything on property The property is very cute, clean, and low key which is my kind of scene. Rooms are nice and well kept, AC works amazing. Super happy with experience here and I will definitely be back. Thanks again Allan for all the help and going above in beyond and making sure I was happy.
I first visited Trouvail through ResortPass, and the manager and bar staff were so welcoming and hospitable that when I wanted to plan a quick overnight stay for my mom’s birthday, Trouvail was the first place that came to mind. Since my last visit, they’ve remodeled, and everything looks great. Our king studio was clean, comfortable, and had huge windows with a beautiful view. The only downside was that there was no food or beverage service available on Monday or Tuesday. We had to leave the hotel for anything to eat or drink. Unfortunately, after dinner I became sick and desperately needed water, Gatorade, and some medication. Since nothing on the property was open, I had to DoorDash everything to the hotel. I was honestly surprised that something as basic as bottled water wasn’t available for guests, and it became a real inconvenience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I just hope the hotel considers offering at least basic grab-and-go items or bottled drinks on days when the restaurant and bar are closed.
We stated at the hotel with my husband, and we absolutely loved it! The service was exceptional from start to finish, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we were impressed by how quiet it was—there was no noise from outside at all, which made our stay more relaxing. A special thank you to Miryam at reception for her incredible hospitality and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’d also like to recognise Josh at the bar, who provided outstanding service and made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely will come back, once we will go to Miami. Thank you so much guys!
We loved everything in this cute boutique hotel from atmosphere to very friendly service and rooms. The room was very convenient with a fridge and microwave, plates, cups, utensils. Very nice pool area and proximity to a beautiful beach. A good thing that the hotel offers beach towels and chairs. Small details of the interior and nice staff make you feel special. A birthday gift to my daughter was also so cute. We want to thank all the staff of the hotel for our beautiful stay and we will definitely come back with our friends.
I recently stayed here with my family—my husband and two kids—and we had the best time! The boutique hotel is beautifully designed and full of charm. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the location truly can’t be beat—the beach is just steps away. The pool has a warm, welcoming vibe with great lounge chairs, and even the little details stood out, like the bath towels, which felt brand new. We also loved the complimentary coffee in the mornings. We would absolutely stay here again!
