had a wonderful stay at Fairwind Hotel in Miami Beach! From the moment I arrived, the entire front desk team made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to Nicole, who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made a lasting impression. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in creating a great experience for their guests. Thank you the entire Fairwind Hotel team for such a memorable stay. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairwind Hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming to us, especially the day team. A special, huge thank you to Diego, Nicole, and Rachel for making us feel so at home! The location is unbeatable, just a one-minute walk to Ocean Drive, as well as plenty of great shops and restaurants. Our room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. We had such a fantastic time and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Miami Beach! Sending lots of love and kisses to Rachel from Bubble the Dachshund! 🐾❤️
Well, starting with the arrival, the place looks very nice and trendy. Upon checking in, Diego who work at the front desk guest services, checked me in and was very poilite and professional. He tried his very best to have me check in early and even gave me a courtesy call when the room was available. Up on checking into the room number 221, I found it to be very clean, spacious, with a nice view to the main floor, where the water fountain is. However, it is a bit outdated, and the bathroom is extremely, extremely small. In other words, if you’re on the heavy side, you might not fit Overall, for the price paid in the location, it is worth it!
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The food was delicious with plenty of great options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Rachel at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with anything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
We stayed here after our cruise to extend our celebration a few days longer. We loved it! The rooms are spacious. The front desk personnel was kind and accommodating. Best I’ve received in Miami, ever! The location was perfect! It is right by the bougie and affordable restaurant/stores. Walking distance to the parties and the beach! The onsite restaurant (Sola) was sooooo good!
