This hotel is truly one of the best four-star hotels near the airport. Everything about my stay was absolutely amazing! The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was exceptional. The staff, especially the reception team, were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with everything I needed. Honestly, this hotel deserves five stars. From the cleanliness and service to the wonderful atmosphere and hospitality—everything was simply wow, wow, wow! I will definitely be coming back and plan to stay here many more times. Highly recommended!
This hotel was a great find at an amazing price! Very close to the airport, with a free 24-hour shuttle. And despite being right next to the airport, the noise in the room was minimal. Rooms were very modern and clean. Awesome luxury shower with multiple heads and jets. Didn’t hear any noise at all from other guests. It was like living in a small upscale apartment for a night. Staff was very friendly and helpful at the hotel and the restaurant. Highly recommend. Wish there were more hotels like this in the US.
A wonderful stay. We were received warmly by everyone we interacted with. Our kids were also acknowledged with kindness. The general manager, Ada, was incredibly supportive of our needs and met them with the biggest smile. Viviana took care of us at breakfast showing up for every single request with joy - and the food itself was yummy, portions generous. The room was very spacious, beds and pillows comfortable, air and wifi worked great and the shower was out of this world. We used the shuttle on our departure day and it was swift and easy. We are so happy to have discover this hotel and will be back whenever in Miami again.

A hidden gem for events 🍸🎄✨ To be completely clear, this review is not about the hotel rooms themselves, as I haven't had the opportunity to stay overnight here yet. However, I recently visited their bar for a special Christmas event featuring traditional Venezuelan gaitas and live music, and I need to get straight to the point: the service was outstanding. The bartender who took care of us that evening did an absolutely wonderful job. When you come here, you are truly paying for top-tier quality, both in terms of the attentive customer service and the craftsmanship of the drinks. I had the pleasure of ordering a Pisco Sour, and it was crafted to absolute perfection—the balance of flavors was completely spot on. Thank you so much for such a great tasting experience and an unforgettable night. I will definitely be back for the drinks and the atmosphere!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I found EB Hotel through ChatGPT while searching for a comfortable hotel close to Miami Airport, and I am so glad I did! The location could not be more convenient. They offer a shuttle service that takes you directly to the airport, making travel completely stress free. We also took advantage of their Park and Fly option, which was significantly less expensive than parking at the airport for our trip. What really made our stay special was the exceptional customer service. When we checked in, Aurelio noticed from my ID that my birthday was just a few days away. He surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was absolutely gorgeous. As an added touch, he also gifted us two complimentary glasses of wine. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a hotel near Miami Airport that combines convenience, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend EB Hotel. We will definitely be back!
