The location it’s good. The hotel itself it’s modern and feels luxurious. The problem in our stay was the service, no cleaning of the room for 2 days even after asking it calling and in reception. It didn’t matter what reception we went. We asked for things like toothpaste or fresh towels and had to call 3 times and we didn’t receive anything until we complained. It’s ok but overall not 5 starts hotels. Pool service was definitely not great and should be cleaned better.
Five-Star Sophistication at Hotel Beaux Arts, Miami If you are looking for an elevated boutique experience in the heart of downtown Miami, Hotel Beaux Arts is an absolute gem. Tucked away on floors 38–40 of the JW Marriott Marquis, it feels like a private sanctuary high above the city while being only a convenient 20-minute ride from the airport. The Perks & Value The daily hotel charge here actually pays for itself with the sheer amount of high-quality perks included: • Dining Credits: A $17.50 daily credit to use during your stay. • Gourmet Breakfast: This isn't your standard continental spread. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and felt much more like a high-end culinary experience. • Extra Touches: Free coffee to start the day and complimentary museum tickets for a bit of local culture. World-Class Amenities The shared facilities with the Marquis are staggering in scale. • The Pool (19th Floor): A beautiful setup with a bar and complimentary cabanas available on a first-come, first-served basis—a rare find in Miami! • The Gym (20th Floor): Easily the largest and most well-equipped gym I have ever seen in a hotel. It’s a fitness enthusiast's dream. • Entertainment: They have an incredible indoor sports center with bowling, ping pong, and pool tables. While we didn't have time to dive into the games this trip, it is at the top of our list for next time. Exceptional Service & Dining The rooms are sleek and very well-appointed, but what truly defines this hotel is the five-star service. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond. The food was another highlight. Beyond the stellar breakfast, we ordered the Mahi sandwich from room service, and it was exceptionally fresh and tasty. Verdict: Between the top-tier service and the unique amenities, this is easily one of the best stays in Miami. We will definitely be back!
This was our second stay at Hotel Beaux Arts in Miami before a cruise, and once again it was absolutely outstanding. The rooms are beautiful, so spacious, very modern, and incredibly comfortable! What truly made this stay exceptional was the incredible staff. Valeria from housekeeping went above and beyond in every way, ensuring our room was immaculate and making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and warm, friendly nature did not go unnoticed. We also want to sincerely thank Rooseline (JW Marriot) at the front desk, who provided service that was truly above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful, making the our experience smooth, stress-free, and so enjoyable. Because of team members like Valeria and Rooseline, Hotel Beaux Arts has become our go-to hotel in Miami. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be back again.
The hotel markets itself as a luxury experience but falls short. It shares a building with the Marriott and is supposed to feel more personal, though the only real touch was a glass of champagne at check‑in. The pool was closed, and we were directed to use the Kimpton’s pool next door—which was actually much nicer. Amenities were limited, there was no fridge, and valet parking was the only option at $75 a night, yet it consistently took over 20 minutes to retrieve the car. The gym was the only standout feature. I wouldn’t stay again—there are much better options in the area
