Carlos is passionate and friendly. Very good vibe and food here. The food is insanely great, especially Branzino Inti.mo. We also ordered Pulpito Herradura and Anticuchos "Estadio Nacional". More than enough for table of two. Good dating experience.
Hands down the best ceviche I have ever had. The Lomo Saltado was 10/10! David was a phenomenal server with great energy and attention to detail. The decor is mesmerizing and every dish was better than expected. I ended up going back a second time two days later. Highly recommend this place!!
I have been to CVI.CHE 105 multiple times, and let me tell you, this is one of the best restaurants in South Florida. It's the only restaurant where I do To-Gos, since both the appetizer and entree are filling. The aura is classy, nightlife dinner. From the seats, the tables, the bag rack, I feel like I am eating amongst princes. Lastly, staff are very caring and smooth. From constant check-ups, water refills, meal feedback, and seating. The attitude is huge for me. I can't eat at a place where I am not welcome. I feel at home at CVI.CHE 105.
I recently visited CVI.CHE105 and had a genuinely great dining experience. I ordered the seafood risotto and the beef heart, and both dishes exceeded my expectations. The seafood risotto was rich and flavorful, with a great balance of seasoning, and the seafood itself tasted fresh and well-prepared. The beef heart was surprisingly tender and incredibly well-seasoned, with no unpleasant aftertaste at all — definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing. Food came out at a good pace, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. What really stood out to me was the pricing. Considering the quality of the food and service, it’s very reasonably priced and offers great value for money. Overall, this is a spot I would absolutely come back to and recommend to others looking for something a little different but done really well.
The ceviches were 🔥—super fresh and the flavors were on point at first, but after a few bites they kinda started tasting the same. The rice risotto was top-notch, easily one of the best things we had. The fish and steak were just okay. The steak was cooked well, but flavor-wise it was pretty mid—nothing that stood out. The fried snapper was decent—crispy and would go well with a beer. The octopus had good flavor, but my friend thought it was too chewy. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Service was attentive and actually funny—shoutout to Luis, he made it fun. We had a really good time here
