Some experiences stay with you long after they’re over, and this was one of them. I walked into Best Lifeing looking for a reset, but I left with a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and a deeper connection with myself. Every session, from the Biowell diagnostics and Reiki to the sound healing, all felt intentional and meaningful. The practitioners were incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping each person on their own journey. What I loved most was that this wasn’t just about relaxation. It focused on healing the mind, body, and spirit together. There were moments of reflection, emotional breakthroughs, and so much gratitude throughout the day. I’ve spent a lot of time investing in my physical health, but this experience reminded me that true wellness goes far beyond that. Thank you to the entire Best Lifeing team for creating such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. If you’re thinking about attending one of their retreats or book a session, do yourself a favor and go. It’s one of the best investments you can make in yourself.
Updated review: Paid $1600 for a half-day retreat at Best Life-ing. The main issue was the booking process. The 48-hour no cancellation policy isn’t clearly communicated at the time of booking, and we called back within minutes to cancel and were told we couldn’t. For context, comparable services at nearby hotel spas run significantly less, so worth shopping around. That said, the owner (Julia) responded thoughtfully when I raised these concerns, acknowledged the disclosure issue, and committed to clearer communication going forward. Sue enjoyed the actual services. Recommendation for other customers: get pricing in writing, confirm you understand the cancellation terms before providing a card, and compare to local alternatives. If you’re okay with the pricing going in, the experience itself is good
The team at Best Life-ing Miami truly went above and beyond to make this one of the most memorable experiences of my life. From start to finish, their communication, attention to detail, and level of care were unmatched. What really set them apart is that they helped me plan and execute a surprise engagement and it came out absolutely perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about creating unforgettable moments for their guests, not just providing a place to stay. Professional, reliable, and extremely accommodating I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a stay that’s more than just a place to sleep, this is it. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking with them again!
Incredible day retreat with the group at Best Life-ing recently. I did the biowell test, acupuncture massage and reiki. Left feeling extremely relaxed and honestly had one of the best nights sleep ever that evening. I did a spa pass retreat which gives you full access to the spa, pool and beach areas at Carillon Wellness resort which was ideal for time in between sessions. The communication before, during and after with the tram is excellent and they make you feel comfortable right away. This was my first time doing acupuncture and reiki which I highly recommend. If you are looking for a reset from the daily grind, great relaxation, and are open to different treatment approaches than your typical spa I highly recommend checking them out.
Yesterday I spent the day with Best-Lifeing at the Carillion Wellness Hotel on Miami Beach. This was a gift to myself for a spiritual retreat and healing day. My day was amazing and transformative and just what I needed at the end of this year or end of whatever cycle I've been in. I enter my new year feeling seen, cleansed and motivated!! I am so grateful for the many things I learned yesterday through your incredibly warm, gifted, loving and knowledgeable staff. Claudia and Natali are true gifts in our world and I am so grateful for what I was able to share with them and receive information about. It was a lot of information and I took time upon arriving home to journal and try to recall all the many conversations and information. Simply loved it all and absorbed it all on so many levels. I am inspired and excited to delve deeper into some valuable and insightful techniques shared. A gift of a lifetime to myself and my family 💛✨🙏 Forever grateful for you and your services and for what you created.
