"An absolutely fantastic stay at Sense28! The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. Our suite felt just like a high-end condo, complete with a full kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to the Wynwood Walls and the Design District.One of the biggest perks for us was the convenience of secured, on-site garage parking. While it does come at an extra fee ($34/night), it is worth every penny in Miami. Knowing our car was safe and easily accessible made exploring the city and surrounding beaches completely stress-free. Highly recommend!"
Long overdue review, but this was a really great stay! It seems like a new build and it is an apartment-style stay. I had a 3-night stay with my mum and sister around mid-May and had the 2-bed, 2-bath unit. The staff are great and really nice, always ready to help either with information or sorting things out with the stay (they will email with confirmations and other information; don't be like me and actually look at it beforehand). The unit was really great; the furniture was very comfortable, and washrooms were equipped with the usual hotel essentials (body soap, shampoo&conditioner etc). The appliances were all new and easy to use, and the AC was great we always came to a cool unit (there is a thermostat you can adjust to your liking). Honestly, it looks as pictured. Location-wise, I lived in Miami before, and knew Edgewater is a great location; this building is a great location within Edgewater. There is a wholefoods ~5-10 minute walk away. The Midtown stores are about a 5-minute drive away, which includes target, trader joes, and many other stores. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from Brickell City Centre/Downtown. Transportation-wise, having a rental car definitely goes a long way, as is in general with Miami, the building has a $35/day parking fee, which is good in comparison to other parking rates. If you do want to use public transport, there is a bus stop around the corner on Biscayne Blvd. I highly recommend especially if you're going to be on a longer stay.
This location is beautiful and lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Im a stickler for cleanliness. Felt that some touchups were needed in the rooms and housekeeping could do a better job of overall cleanliness. The pool area was unkempt, not really set up as inviting. But the services were positive, timely and inviting. I would likely return back as the apartment was worth the cost.
My stay here was absolutely amazing!! The studios are super nice and very clean. Highly recommend!! It felt like home away from home truly. Can’t wait to stay here again!
