Last November, when we wanted to visit Miami, we did extensive research before choosing a hotel, as I'm very demanding person! Among other things, I checked the feedback of other customers, and I was very surprised that this hotel had all positive comments and therefore the highest rating. Because of this and other details, we decided to book there! The Nassau Hotel is truly exceptional, with beautiful Art Deco architecture, elegant and immaculate! The rooms and facilities are exactly as they appear in the photos! The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything is brand new, very clean, and tastefully decorated! The rooms are truly suites, as they are very spacious with a comfortable living area! The bathroom is very large and very clean! The beds have a super comfortable mattress and pillows! It is very well located, on Collins Avenue, very close to Lincoln Road away from the tourist noise, so the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and it's just two blocks from the beach. They provide umbrella, chairs and towels! Misses Mercedes and Kimberly and all the staff were incredibly friendly, very attentive, helpful and always welcoming with a smile About a month later, we decided to return to Miami again, and one afternoon they honored us with a delicious wine, chocolates, and a beautiful piece of art by an artist who had exhibited at the hotel the previous week during Miami Art Week! All in all, a very positive experience! What a lovely visit that we'll definitely repeat whenever we're back in Miami! Hopefully very soon!
We had a wonderful stay at Nassau Suite Hotel! The hotel is clean, modern, and in a perfect location just a short walk from the beach, great restaurants, and everything South Beach has to offer. A special thank you to Eduardo, Kevin, and Mercedes for making our stay so enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their exceptional customer service made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. Thank you, Eduardo, Kevin, and Mercedes, for going above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. We highly recommend Nassau Suite Hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Miami!
Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, where complimentary towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided for guests. The hotel is just off Ocean Drive, making it the perfect base to enjoy all the atmosphere while still being far enough away to relax. It was an ideal location during the July 4th 250th anniversary celebrations. Downtown Miami is easily reached by Uber, where we watched the World Cup matches at the fan park. The reception staff were excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mercedes, who was incredibly friendly and helpful and even managed to arrange an earlier check-in for us. I'd also like to thank Duty Manager Eduardo, who very kindly dropped off my son when we needed assistance. That was greatly appreciated and a great example of outstanding customer service. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. The hotel facilities were well maintained and kept in great condition. The location is perfect and makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
We just arrived at the hotel and the experience has been excellent from the very first moment. We were welcomed with so much kindness, and the team even offered us the possibility of an early check-in, which already says a lot about the level of service and care. While we were waiting, we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and everything was delicious. After that, we spent some time in the lobby, where I had the chance to notice even more the quality of the service. I would especially like to highlight Mercedes: she is incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive, and pleasant. You can truly tell that she is aware of every detail and everything happening around her, always with the best attitude. I would also like to recognize Eduardo, the supervisor, for his professionalism and the way he supports the team in creating such a high-quality experience. Mercedes, Eduardo and David truly make the service feel impeccable from the very beginning. The hotel atmosphere is beautiful, and the rooms are luxurious. Definitely a hotel I would recommend and come back to.
