We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from beginning to end. A special thank you to Miguel, the valet, for being so friendly, helpful, and courteous. He made the arrival and departure process smooth and always greeted us with a positive attitude. His outstanding customer service really made a difference. Highly recommend!
Gorgeous and unique high end hotel in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The exterior feels Gaudi-esque and the courtyard-atrium interiors are reminiscent of Middle Eastern or Southeast Asian courtyard homes. A lot of thought was put into the design of the entire place. Our room was very large and clean and the bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. Consistently kind and attentive service from every single employee, solid room service food, and generous offerings for the destination fee you pay (waters everyday and morning yoga class). The rooftop pool is cute and clean, and there are a variety of types of nice pool lounge seating. My only complaint is that the mural by the rooftop pool is really lacking. They have the opportunity to do something special with that to better match the aesthetic of the rest of the hotel. Maybe they should look into hiring a Miami mural artist.

I would like to highlight the outstanding service we received at Mayfair House Hotel & Garden. From the moment we arrived, the valet parking attendant was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. He welcomed us with a great attitude, paid attention to every detail, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. His name is Miguel The service was fast, organized, and truly made us feel welcome. Nowadays, it is difficult to find people who work with such dedication, respect, and positive energy. This hotel is located in the heart of the "Grove" and near all shopping and restaurants. The decor and abundant plant life throughout the hotel are a welcome change from many hotels. Part of the hotel is open-air, which adds to the Miami, South Florida, atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and I noticed the manager was very accommodating to those he was in contact with. We did not take advantage of the courtesy breakfast the second day due to the slow service and inattentiveness of the wait staff during breakfast. However, the Mayfair Grille was excellent.
