We had a great stay here for a summer vacation stop on our way to the keys. The moment we got there the valet was quick, the employees all were very kind and they helped us get our luggage up the staircase. One thing that tells a lot about a hotel in my opinion is their elevator and this one passed the test. It has a massive screen in it which tells you about everything around the hotel and fun things to do, it also is very fast and got us to our floor in no time. The room could be better in my opinion, the only thing I have to complain about with it is this barn/sliding door on the bathroom. It does not lock and there is a huge gap between the wall and the door when you close it, so someone can easily peek through or just accidentally walk in because it doesn’t lock. The pool is great and it is right next to the beach. Great hotel and in a great location. (There is also a great view of the MIA airport approach from the rooms for any avgeeks)
We stayed for one night over the 4th of July, and our experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The valet service and check-in process were excellent. Even though our room wasn’t ready yet, Daniel made the check-in smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by getting us an amazing room and taking the time to explain everything about the hotel. He truly provided exceptional customer service and definitely deserves a raise! The location was perfect, the food was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend staying here.
This hotel is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with children. Thank you Marriot Santon for making our stay such a wonderful experience! The staff are incredibly friendly, respectful, and attentive. The hotel, rooms, and all the amenities are exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The resort is excellent, with large pools, a beautiful beach, and plenty of attentive staff to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect! close to great restaurants, shops, and everything you need. We travel to Miami twice a year, and this has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at. We can’t wait to come back!
Fantastic location (just down from the Art Deco district) and pleasant staff. The front desk could not have been more friendly. A Starbucks downstairs and two restaurants on site. For the price, however, more amenities should have been included. For example, we had a voucher for the Marriot Stanton beach chairs, but upon sitting down, they took the umbrella away. When asked to keep it, the beach attendants said: "That's extra." Marriott: Let your guests have an umbrella as a part of their reservation. Don't nickel and dime us. Otherwise, a great stay.
