After going to McAlpine for 10 years, it is always a real pleasure to stay there. The rooms are very well maintained, and the customer service is excellent. Everyone is attentive and caring. Location, location, location — you truly cannot be in a better spot in South Beach. Close to the beach, restaurants, and mini markets, you definitely do not need a car. Every Sunday evening, you can enjoy little concerts from the front porch at Lummus Park. We are already looking forward to our next stay in 2027!
Excellent service; Tall Paul is very affable and genuinely helpful. No beach view, no on-site restaurant, no swimming pool, no parking. Short walk to the beach and great boardwalk across the street. Room was nice but low quality mattress and not used to a queen sized bed any longer.
A very good place to stay at South Beach. Located at the northern end of the „busy part“ of Ocean Drive. Quiet, but just one block away from the action. BeautifulArt Deco building. We had a corner apartment with a kitchen in the Crescent with a view across the park towards the sea. Wonderful. Cleanliness great. Amenities, too (incl. eg, washing machine in the building, gym, 4th floor terraces). Will come back when going to Miami Beach!
Perfect location on South Miami Beach. Just across the street from the park and walking trail and the beach on the other side. In walking distance of many amazing restaurants. The rooms are nice, large and clean. Lovely front porch to sit and watch people and a fourth floor Jacuzzi with a beautiful beach view.
The location and the staff are wonderful! The rooms are nice with a kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable beds. The view from the rooftop and the front porch is great. Walk to Loomis Park and the beach. The hotel offers a voucher for discounted beach chair & umbrella rentals.
